I love Palm trees and here in Santa Barbara there are so many varieties. In fact we have palm trees here some of which are extinct in their place of origin. I plan to do a series of paintings that reflects this abundance.

My newly renovated studio

Just before Christmas I had some renovation work done on my studio. It had water damage from an undetected leak in the roof. Ended up taking an interior wall down and putting a window in. It is now a lovely place that I am enjoying spending time in. Lots of paintings will be forthcoming from my easel. Hooray!!
